Product Name
Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) camp – Kids on Campus

Project Description
The Kids on Campus STEM camp was designed to expose 16-18 year old high school students to careers in science, math and technology. During the two week-long camp, participants collaborated on the design and implementation of computer games; created 3D animations and multimedia; and developed mathematical and critical thinking skills.  Students also participated in theme-based workshops and hands-on activities.

Outcome from Using the Product

  • Attracts local youth to explore the possibilities linked to schooling and careers in the Sciences, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM)
  • Inspires parents and educators to encourage pursuit of STEM educational choices for young people
  • Enhance awareness of the region as a premier locale for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Career Opportunities
