Entrepreneurship & Strategic Growth Immersion Sequence
Project Description
This program consists of a one semester university course assisting small and medium-sized companies with actualizing their growth potential. The program is designed to engage managers and regional players in an entrepreneurial/strategic growth curriculum that educates its clientele to identify and commercialize potential business opportunities and to develop specific growth plans for their companies.
Outcome from Using the Product
- Identify the benefit(s) users will derive from replicating the product.
- The overall goal of the Entrepreneurship & Strategic Growth Immersion Sequence is to foster growth in existing scalable small and medium-sized businesses where technology and innovation are the core components of their growth strategy.
- By the end of the program, participants develop company specific growth plans using newly learned tools to face real world challenges.
